Please don't go for the negative review. I had such a nice experience which I have never got anywhere. They are extremely helpful and Concealer Sir is amazing. I am grateful to them. Meet them before you give any review. Thanks a lot to Bangladesh High Commission.

Been there twice, disappointed twice.nThey haven't updated their website.nThey're not at all punctual.nThey don't give valid or correct information over the phone or mails.nnThe helpdesk executive talked to me very politely over the phone, asked for my details, told me what to do but turns out the embassy personnel does not agree with him at all.nThe person on the booth of the embassy was awful. I told him what I was told over the phone and he clearly told me to buzz off.nnOn their website, they write 9:30 and on the gate, they say 11:00, and still open at 11:40. Time is no money for them.nnThey only want to do the work for the travel agents those come to them because they get paid by them.nnI've dropped an email regarding the same too.

Office don't open in time. No one gives the correct information. As per online information opens from 9:30 - 5 pm , however, when you visit they will ask you to come between 11-12 only.nWorst part it that they even don't open office for 1 hour.instead office opens at around 11:50 and closed in next 15-30 min.nOffice staff is very rude. They don't want to work.

No response to phone calls on any of the phone numbers listed. neither do they respond to emails as well. And by chance if they do answer the phone call, they put you on hold forever.... Never experience such lack of professionalism.
