I had booked an appointment with cars24 , East of kailash on 19th October 2020 at 5:00-5:30pm.. I reached the location at exact 5:15pm.. after being kept waiting for 15 mins, I was told that the staff could not inspect my car since they had to go home by 6.. on being showed the appointment confirmation, I was still denied the service as it would make them stay a little longer than 6.. I feel this was an extremely unprofessional and highly unacceptable behavior.. even after sitting ideal , the staff was much more eager to ho home at 6 but not ready to help a customer at 5:30..nI do not recommend an individual to visit them as they are simply not interested in any sort of serious business!!nWhat a pathetic service and waste of time!!

It was pathetic, they quoted the price of my car 40-50% less of the market value when I objected then they started negotiation. Absolutely, not professional attitude
Great experience and the staff is very nice
Poor customer service. No parking assistance. Also, they don't properly inspect your car and bargain as they are buying in fish market.
