Based in New York, I bought car for my mom from TR Sawhney Nehru Place, N. Delhi. I interacted with (sales) Shivani Singh Sisodia. She is professional, courteous and provides high quality of professional service where she took care end to end deliver of the car ie : helping to book the car and advising how to get the car early , took care to pickup the old car (exchange value), and delivered the car with full registration and accessories. For paperwork she came to my house so that my mom doesn't have to visit showroom. and also followed up with me once the car was delivered. Bad customer service. Went there for HSRP installation but they declined to remove the old plate for installation of new one.

I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour in any showroom of any car company till date. I booked appointment twice over phone for test drive of brezza zxi petrol. Both the times i had to wait for quite some time. While i was waiting, no one even showed a single courteous gesture or feel the necessity to inform that they dont have a petrol versiin ready for test drive. Both the times after enquiring about the reasn for the delay they said that they could not arrange for a petrol version of brezza for test drive. It is exasperatingly funny that Maruti has stopped producing the diseal version but they still offer test drive only in the diseal version. Also i really dont understand why do these guys give appointment/commitment which they cant deliver. No wonder that people are shifting away from maruti and opting for newer car companies. I would suggest people to opt for a different maruti showroom if they want to buy any car.
