Very nice and humble staff, Nice service centre, overall very good experience. Customer lounge is awesome.
*Worst experience ever*nThis one star is only for service station guy. Else whole staff is irresponsible and their focus is to sell the cars. Once you got the car you will get worst service from sales team and after taking the delivery if you need to take anything from them then you have to call them daily.nnI pay for the choice number and RTO agent of them who can’t do anything and same irresponsible as sales team told my executive “sonal parmar”( she is responsible for all this) but sonal dint even bother to told me that tou will not get your number and after waiting for one month i called them and reply from sonal is you have to take random number thats it.nnAfter that some conversations happened and its been a three month and i just got the number plates (normally you will get it within a month) and i am still calling them for my refund amount of choice number and still i dint get that.nnThink twice before buying car from this dealership
There is a reason that this showroom has a rating of 3 and I am surprised as its still a high rating for the kind of response they have. They have no sense or etiquette to speak to a customer. Also, as per Tata's official communication, the mileage of Nexon is 17 KMPL, but dealership claims a mileage of 20 on behalf of the company. While, we Indians might be interested in buying a Make in India Car, there will always be culprits/dealers like these who either spoil the company's repute or encash on it to their advantage. Disgusting!!!
The experience was awesome. From delivering your dream car to the post purchase arrangements, everything was up to the mark. Just had my first free service and it was done elegantly within the prescribed time.
Very third class dealer, my relative DN Rajput purchased new car, after run few km (1000) tyre blasted, not satisfied the answer.nnNever go on this Agency.nAlso Tata motors should take action, review and should do re-audit.nnReply of given response by owner:nSir,nThanks for your intervention.nI mailed on given mail.nPlz look into this.
