Don't visit this particular showroom. Very poor customer support. Bad sales executive. I had visited this showroom yesterday to buy a seltos. The sales executive which came to us was extremely arrogant and rude to us. He told me that for test drive I have to take an appointment. I was shocked after listening that for test drive I need an appointment. His language and attitude towards us is completely rude. So think twice before visiting this showroom due to their employee's attitude towards customers.nnAfter my disappointment from this showroom I visited another kia showroom named westcoast kia. My experience in westcoast kia showroom completely different and surprising. The sales executive over there is so customer friendly and polite to us. Very good in communication with proper knowledge. they had given us a proper test drive for seltos. Good customer support with superb attitude towards customers. We were very happy with them and going to book a car from them. One who are interested in buying kia cars should visit this westcoast showroom first.
Supernova is well maintained showroom, they have all models of Kia Seltos, Sonnet & CarnivalnnIn Carnival model only Limo variant is available, please check.nnThe showroom also has parking facility.nnPLEASE NOTE:nNO TEST DRIVES ARE GIVEN AFTER 6 P.M. New brand, New Showroom, due to new launched cars there was little rush on weekend. They tried to make customers satisfied with their customer service but they couldn't due to more Customers when I visited.
In supernova no one can answer properly. No transparency in car delivery. customer cant expected any service from supernova and staff.dont buy they are not committed properly to customer. Dont buy car from this showroom.nnEvery time they are saying different thing. Executive don't have manners how to talk with customer.
