Vary bad experiance in customer handling, they committed to delivered kia sonet in 8 week but still not delivered. Other side other showroom offer car in 1 month. I am totally unsatisfied.

they are cheater, I tried many time to call to dealer name Mr hiren and his team leader nelson, they both not taking ph and not providing my remaining document. Finally filled consumer case on supernova.nI request to calculate receipt amount with you payment.nthey are not refunding amount if you not follow them. very disappointed with dealer, i have never seen this type of any dealer.nthey all having bad attitude and dont know how to talk with customer.nI bought the car without some accessories and I asked for refund but they are not refunding and asking for lot of doc. Also not providing AMC tax receipt.
