On 28/11/2020 I called customer care to ask for my concern so executive done con call with Gm of falcon motors for my query. In that con call gm gave me threaten openly that if I register complaint then He will punish me. I told this to customer care executive that in presence of him in con call Gm gave threats to customer. Is this a way to talking with tata customers??????nnAlso this incident I described to customer support manager for solution of my concern still no any action taken by them after 2 days.

Very big negligence towards customer.nNo good response. Since Nov 20 i want two parts spare parts for nexon xm. But till now i m just taking follow up......nIn future i will never buy vehicle nor recommend anyone due to only no customer response not good.nVery disappointing....
