Hotel MGM1

Excellent service,very nice location

Hotels location is good. Stay was comfortable. We had the privilege of having snow capped mountain view room. Some of the in-house amnetis could have been better. Food served in in-house restaurant is very costly and needs improvement. Overall stay other than food is good.

We had a great experience at MGM1. There is not a single negative aspect about this hotel.nWe had booked two rooms for for days. We really enjoyed our stay over there.nPros.n1) Good spacious rooms (202)n2) Great view from the balcony. You can relax at the balcony with a snow capped peer panjal range view.n3) These guys very well know the essence of customer service .n4) You just have to ask them and they will.serve you with a smile.n5) Great food .We actually had our breakfast and dinner almost every day of our stay.n6) Room service guys are again an asset for the hotel . Especially Vinay. The guy with a smile and loads of optimism .n7) Very hygienic.They wud clean up the rooms every day with all.linen changed.n8) Very much near to the only market at Dalhousie.( Mall.road)n9) Reasonably pricedn10) Trustworthy staff and child friendly hotel.nnCons:nSeriously speaking I didn't find a single flaw with MGM 1nnKudos to the whole team of MGM 1 for such an amazing hospitality . Way to go .

In this peak season the prices are high and won't feel call for money but the hotel is a decent place to stay... Don't keep to many expectations and you would be happy. Decent rooms and amenities. Good for a transit traveler. Can't quite it as a luxury hotel.nnIt also has a billiards room, and a table tennis place. Restaurant is just a dining hall for buffet spread and seating space of about 15-20 people.nnFood is average. You should rather go to Subhash Chowk and have food at Himachali Kitchen restaurant, originally known as Old Sher-e-punjab. It serves authentic Himachali food..

Can be improved and requires renovation. But kids room the best one.
