Bought a Seltos 7 months back and I was not that happy with the service initially.But now I have to say that they have improved a lot and last two services including an insurance claim was seamless and smooth...Service was Awsomeud83dudc4dnnFinished third service today(17/02/2021)Service advisor Mr Sreenath did a wonderful job. He was on leave today but still was very patient to hear all my concerns over phone and took very good care of the car from pick up to delivery.ud83dudc4d

Very pathetic and poor service from NCS Kia Thiruvalla...Never try to book from them...Better u should try from other showrooms... Feeling regret to have booked from them....Atleast u should try to provide some service for the money we are paying for..

I purchased Kia Seltos HTX model from this showroom. The process was a very smooth.nnAlan was the sales executive. He was very polite and professional in the entire process.He was also very knowledgeable. He did the regular follow ups on various aspects like insurance, accessories, delivery and made it easy for me.

Got my Kia Sonet GTX+ DCT delivered, It's a good experience overall. I was disappointed initially due to the delay but I understand there isn't much the dealer could do and almost all the automotive manufactures had similar delay.nnI'd like to thank Vimal, Kiran, and especially Gokul from the registration team :)nnBelow are a few issues I faced, would be great if improved.nn1) The dealer seems blindly extending warranty without giving the customer options. I did my own research and opted for 5 year 1,20,000 which costs 16k (approx), but they registered 5 year unlimited costing 20k. I realised this after the final bill and wasn't able to change after that.nn2) I've shared the accessories requirement two weeks before the delivery, still they were not able to fulfil some of the items, including the car cover.nn3) This would sound like a silly thing, but I just want to bring it up. They've charged me Rs.500 for the Fastag, which is common when the Fastag cost includes a refundable security deposit of Rs. 250, issuance charge Rs.100 and usable balance Rs.150. However, I see refundable security deposit Rs. 0 on Paytm and balance Rs.150 and the issuance charge is always Rs. 100 including GST. It only sums to Rs. 250.nnPlease double check these things before you make the final payment. Hope this helps someone :)nnNote: I gave them a 5-star rating initially but the above-mentioned issues were found after that, therefore I'm making it a 4-star rating.nnThanks!
