I went to the Coastal Honda service station on
21Sept 2020, went for my Honda City 80K service. They gave me the estimate for Rs 14800 , They charged me for the routine stuff like engine oil change and other adjustment which are supposed to be charged in labour charges. Pathetic service, I asked for a drop to my place in Panjim which they refused so I stayed there and saw the servicing of my car, They charged me for the fuel stainer which they didn't put as I was there all the time with the mechanic, I informed the manager Edna about the same she told me that she will look into it and hasn't gotten back to me. I would call it a fraud as the charged me for spare parts not fitted, staff at the service station was not courteous and borderline rude. I hope the Coastal Honda service station See's my review and gets back to me and for others please be careful and look/oversee the service carried out by them and then check with the invoice. Had a bad experience hope no one else goes through the same.
Today, I had visited for my honda jazz servicing before giving my car for servicing the central locking system was working properly after servicing the key wasn't responding and the manager was saying that we can't do anything about it. It's just an electronic failure of your central locking mechanism.

The team here strategically plans a vicious cycle to ensure that your vehicle never is completely repaired so you consistently end up visiting them month over month. I have LITERALLY been billed a whopping 20,000/- for "servicing" and the very next day my windows have mysteriously failed to operate. I wouldn't be surprised if I'll be charged another sum to get that sorted again now. The guy responsible for my servicing says "we don't know how they failed". Sums up their inefficiency and incompetence.
