Worst experience with Ferozepur branch.poor service..it's been more than a month when my husband had an appointment with them..since then there is no response from their office.we had not recieved passport . not even any police enquiry had been done so far.we have asked many a times but they are not efficient enough in work to satisfy their customer queries and finally they gave up by saying it's better to visit amritsar RPO ..we are not able to solve your issue

Please Don't visit in this passport office first is very bad office condition and 2nd is process is very very slow ill put my file on 31 of August after 37 Days my File not received in Amritsar office and not any information to me about my file like sms or. Email ... I'll Suggest to all Go to Amritsar Office please Amritsar office is best soo please don't vest your time..

Please Dont visit in this office because From 22 August Amritsar office not picking file of this office I'll visit on 31 August but still not update about my passport please request to u dont visit in this office Amritsar is best office of passport many waste time also waste...
