Rude RPO...Officer should respect the applicant whoever may be.... poor service..pls avoid visiting kodai road....It's better to visit MADURAI

Worst service ever....please avoid visiting kodai road office, it's always better to visit PSK Madurai office...people are working for name sake....I doubt whether officials working in kodai road office know about the passport application procedures...do they?....the way they treat the applicants is horrible...I didn't receive my passport even after one month from the day of verification of my originals, during which they assured that I will receive my passport in a week time....after several enquiries I found that my passport was not processed at all...then we visited regional passport office, Pudur, Madurai....where we waited for a whole day to process my application... the officials themselves told us not to visit kodai road office again...
