I started my career here 10 years ago under the wonderful leadership of Mr.Udayakumar Rajendran. Its great place for engineers starting their career. I got a chance to work directly with Customer engineering team as well. I worked for 2.5 years and moved on. I still carry the learnings from this place in my professional life.

There are two major types of software department here.nn1. Software Developmentn2. Quality Control EngineeringnnFor #1, employees(freshers) hired mostly from premium engineering colleges, IIT and NIT. Lateral hire is also happening for software development and managerial position. This is good company for freshers to start the career. Gives opportunity and freedom for learning.nnFor #2, employees hired mostly by referral (interview will be happening). Mostly involves manual work.nnIn India there are two branches. One in Chennai and another in Dharmapuri.

Makes freshers as technology guys. Can learn at everyday's work.
