Very worst experience for me. A guy attend the call and answered my queries. A girl interrupted and continues the answering. She not even allowed me to complete my talk. Such a rude behaviour and attitude. This is my second time. First time also a girl talked rudely and this time too. Delhi embassy people are too responsible and answering properly. But I don’t know why the girl in chennai consulate is full of attitude. Please consider everyone as humans and people are enquiring you since they are not aware of the new rules. I believe it is your duty to clarify their doubts. Please do it with responsibility. Am writing this review because of the reason that no one should get insulted by that girl like me. Thank u.

The consulate needs to change the security guard.nHe’s trying to shoo away people even before they tell them why they’re there for an interview.nnI’m a respectable individual requiring some document from Japan after working there for 2 years. I don’t deserve to be treated by a uneducated nincompoo security guard the way he did.

1. You should not allow to carry mobile to inside embassy. Switch off and keep it in police security room in front of embassyn2. Except documents nothing has to allow to inside office, So please come as much as simple with require documents or keep it in police security roomn3. Don't stable the documents. They will ask you to remove before submitn4. Keep all the originals as well as photo copy of documents

No delay and they will process on time what the mentioned in official website. Bags and mobiles are not allowed in. Better to find a good place to store.
