Decent place. It's clean, fast and efficient. The staff at VFS are friendly and cooperative. I opted for premium service and it's good. Would advise against using it unless you're going to sit in for hours.

Is VFS Hyderabad opened for Biometric ? I don't see any update since 03 May 2021 as opened. And the link for online appointment is not functional. Can we get appointment at VFS center ? or Anyone can share the current update.Thanks

VFS team is very supportive, we took premium service later I found it not necessary for my application. We should do homework beforehand biometric. Location is easy accessible, and sufficient space for parking.

While the services are fine, the staff there really push for the premium lounge services. It doesn't end with just informing the person about the service, but constant pestering and preying on people's insecurities with the processes.nnFor example, today the woman at the reception informed me about premium service and then pushed for it and then became cold in her responses when I said that I don't want this service. When I went inside, another representative from VFS again told me that I'd be better off with the premium lounge service and that it would speed up passport collection and that they won't help if there are issues in the normal biometric enrollment. They would help with any queries and speed up the process only with premium. He then went on to pester almost every person. I've never had such an experience at any other VFS centre in India so far. The Mumbai centre is so professional and they treat everyone with respect. Customers shouldn't be pushed into something they don't want!

A valid appointed is must to enter VFS Global, staff starting from ground line security and to the top level officer everyone are very polite.
