Behaviour is very bag. They call the customer to take the purcel and cancel and return the product. They have many excuses than customer satisfaction.

This is my 1st ever worst experience had with you and your sarvice.q

DTDC asks Customer for self pick-up ...that is not a desirable behaviour at all. Very disappointed. Card posted for 80+ aged people are being called to come to their delivery center and pick up the card.

Behaviour of the staffs very ugli. They like to cancel the prodect than to deliver the product to the customer. It will be great mistake if one choose dtdc of Bankura for any package delivery.

There beaver is very good and the old age uncle is good man and as i say behavior is very good
