Salesmen are great and go upto all extent to sell you vehicle. Was a lot disappointed by the finance team, they were more in favour of persuading you to not buy. Don't go for in-house finance, rate of interest are too high by them even in these times of low interest rates. Better to get a Quote and get finance done from outside. Tata vehicles are made in India by an Indian company and great value for money.

Easy accessible location. Neat and clean showroom with ample space for seating and vehicles. But they make false promises about delivery just to increase the number of bookings. I personally had a very bad experience with the showroom. When I went in I was assured with 2 week delivery. It has now been 2 months. Moreover they'll give you a date they they'll call you and let you know but they don't. That is highly unprofessional attitude. You will have run after them like you're chasing monkeys. I tried to deal with Indian Automobiles company but they take customers for granted. I had dealt with Ford in the past and I must say that they know how to treat customers.

Had a great experience. Staff is very much cooperative and tries meeting customer demands. Recieved my new car in just two weeks which has a waiting line-up of more than a month at other showrooms in Patna.

Horrible sales people(Mr Allam) , they are not at all helpful specially after you have made the payment. You will have to run after them for document work and they are rude as well.
