Passport Office Jamshedpur PSK

Worst service they are looting applicant. Today i went for appointment i brought my 12th markssheet as Non-ECR document there was no mentioned my father and mother name ( JAC,Ranchi 12th certificate 2012) so they said it's okay we would attach your E-aadhar, instead they should have informed me that if you don't submit 10th or 12th or above educational passing certificate then you would fall into ECR category. I could re schedule my appointment that day and bring those documents after. They wrongly categorized my passport Into ECR category. And they submitted my from further process. Now i have to wait for my Fresh Passport and then i have to apply for re issue for passport and also i have to pay again 1500 rupees and lots of harassment. Please avoid this centre instead go to Ranchi or be very careful while sighing dully filled application at passport office.

People were really helpful and cooperative. Happy with the service.

Pretty bad. 3 people there, out of which one position is always empty. so effectively 2 people. They are very slow. Took half an hour for 3 people. make shift arrangement. Wastage of time. People should chose Ranchi.

Good staff work is done so fast but be ready they will not give you time before clicking photo

The hell poor service. staffs are not cooperative at all. I would recommend not to go for this PSK to avoid any regret . Instead of helping the applicant they are deliberately harassing. I disbelieve that it has been open for ease of people.
