Satisfied with the service ! Must visit ud83eudd19 2 years ago. bt now they dont deal good with customers i have came all the way from other state to jamshedpur for their behaviour and services now they kept my car and told me its on the servicing bay where i saw my car parking at wasing bay for 4hrs ! Not at the service bay and they told me asap i can come to the workshop they ill service my car and give me my back bt now they said that this problem is okay this is working this that reasons giving me ! the whole day already wasted by sitting here ! Dissapointed with this from renault jamshedpur ! ill never came here again . Never expected like this before ud83dudc4e

Salesman behaviour is very very poor and also service is very bad If you go to some other showroom then you are very well taken care of but no one cares nor respect here

All the salesmen and workers of this showroom are all liars. Before they get the car, they say something else and if you go get something else

Had just one visit regarding one complaint for last service, they promised for pick up next day at my place and they failed, I called them but he has no idea. It's been two days since when I am writing this and yet still unresolved.

Good service center but takes little more time than usual.
