Experience : SatisfactorynEverything was good from the appointment and inspection and then final money transfer.nI sold my Honda Jazz 2012, I got the best price in the market from Cars24 and my relationship manager: Navneet Ranjan was very much good on the information and communication front.nInstant payment was done and now my father is also happy with the procedure.nAll RTO and all paperwork was ready and my father just have to go sign and get the delivery letter and money is transferred in your bank.nThis is not a paid promotion but a genuine experience which might help in for people like me who want to sell there vehicle and get the best price and trustworthy exchange.

They taken money for home inspection but never visited...even when I demanded for return my money they said they will take 10 working days to return my money.

Customer service is extremely poor.nThey are not bothered with customers at all. After sending request of cars and Calling their executive twice I got no response at all. Seems like they aren't serious about buisness at all

Very bad company. The employees are very bad. They had given me a bad service. They called me two times for inspection but when I go there they we can't do my cars inspection because of no reason. Very bad company in the world.
