Hi visited today with my car swift desire. It was a horrible service experience with such a renowned brand. They have charged me 3400 as labour cost. It was all lost. They have no major parts available. It was a a major service on 60000 km including egr valve cleaning. Person has spent hardly 15- 20 mins on egr valve. Has cleaned the valve without removing the same using a broken knife for same they have charged Rs 700. Apart they are taking Rs 2100 for for engine oil and filter kit change. Worst experience. You will not find engine oil of your choice. Single brand single varient. Service advisor Asif Iqbal was just having idea about cost and parts but was not having any technical idea. 1st and last visit to this work shop. Local work shops are 100 times better.

Showroom is Really Clean and Wide and Also Dealers are Cooperative when u Go for new car Purchase not After U purchased ,

I FACED LITTLE PROBLEM BUT ALAM JI DID GREAT WORK .

Good place to buy maruti cars but have to bargain and servey the price
