I have never seen such Unprofessional and irresponsible service station. I had sent my Laura with advance intimation for repair of clutch and fan belts. To my surprise they took almost 6 days to give estimate and only after my complain at skoda customer care. They do not have any inventories regarding parts and they would only get it if you pay in advance and lead time would be 15 days. I should thank Jia auto who repaired and delivered this within 3-4 working days. What I found is Imperial Vehicle is not at all interested in servicing your vehicle. Yes on insisting they would directly replace the complete assembly without caring to detect the problem. Please stay away.
