Very bad experience. Ordered 3 pound cake and when received after taste found it was bitter. When complained they said cake taste is like that only. Can someone tell me what kind of cake is bitter and why should anyone order cake like this and especially in Birthday occasion? Also in rate after confirmation when I supposed to pay they are saying I need to pay 100 xtra as staff said wrong amount.nnIt seems they are very arrogant and not good in service as well. I could have given rating in negative if option is there.

Ordered for double decker cake for my daughter's birthday but received very cheap normal single cake at the end moment, price taken for double decker . Full party spoil , my daughter start crying by seeing the cake.They didn't return the money also. Very disappointed. Please don't order special cake for ur special occasion. They are doing cheating with our emotions. See the difference in picture, expectations Vs reality. I am talking about red oven , mango

Very bad experience.Item quality is cheap but price is too high. You will ask something they will deliver something else and afterwards give lame excuses.Please never pay single penny before taking delivery.

Earlier this place was Brunch Italiano opened in 2019nAnd during corona pandemic this place was closed and with same interior and design red oven bakery was opennAnd this place is running under the impression of brunch italino which was shifted 250m after in Dimna roadnThe manager when was asked about the opening date of bakery he responded that it was opened in 2019 same as brunch italino which is fakenIt was open during corona pandemicnAnd all the menu is a copy of brunch italino's menu with same pricenDon't visit this place
