They can't even deliver to my home which is not more than 4-5kms. Why take my shipping if you can't deliver it.

Dont believe on positive reviews. This is one of the worst DTDC branch in kurnool. DTDC itself is worst and this branch is even worst. In a month, couple of my couriers which i supposed to receive were sent to different location. So, I contacted DTDC online and to my surprise it is always busy you have to wait for 15 min and then call will disconnect automatically. So I went to place where I booked, here the person who is there doesn’t have any courtesy at all speaks non sense and very rudely with customers as if dtdc doing a favour to us. Utter waste service by dtdc and this branch. I would suggest whoever reading this dont waste your time and money.

Couriers needs to be picked up as they don't deliver around checkpost also. Other than that I didnt see any issues with the parcel.

Waste of time to give a review ratings, very, very poor service and customer care number is not working, 15days still now I didn't get my parcel,
