Truly, they are the most worst service centre of sony.nI had an issue with my TV. So, I have dailed to sony coustomer care. They have registered the complaint and forward the same to the service centre i.e,.. Rayalaseema Enterprises. So, the representative of rayalaseema enterprises called me and we spoke about the problem, after the chat she replied back directly saying that you have to buy a new tv and we can't fix the problem.nI was truly shocked by the reply. She neither agreed to send a mechanic nor atleast let me have a talk with the mechanic.nMe being a huge fan of sony television is shocked by her response. I request the people of rayalaseema enterprises to atleast let the customer speak with a technician. Such that, we can get a clarification.

Most unprofessional service center I've ever encountered. They lie to customers. Technicians are not qualified enough. I would suggest you stay away from Sony products as long as this is their authorised service centre
