Oh Man ,,, since i am sending parcel from USA to Amreli , India frequently as my extended family resides there .. This is the first time spot on Professionalism from the courier company i have ever encountered in Amreli.n1 Mr Chaturbhai who picked up my call at 7 am morning a thorough gentleman very polite guy who make sure my parcel is coming from the Rajkot Hub & should be. deliver as soon as possible.n2 Office Guy whose name i am not sure pick up my phone & find out my parcel & deliver it within 1 hour .. My god that's miracle ..n3 Really i like to thank all the team Krishna Logistics & guys please carry on ..n4 Blue dart company i will like to give more business to you because of this kind of staff & office persons are there at Amreli Location.

I can't reach at that customer care number.nThey line are always busy.nAlso at 10 AM delivery boy out for delivery but at now 4 PM they can't deliver my order.nDelivery promise in 4 days and now more than 12 days but they can't delivered.

Very very bad behavior to customers by courier boys..he said i can't deliver your parcel because it is my choice to deliver your parcel... Very bad service #Blue_dart
