Punjab National Bank

Hi today me and my cousin went to dhaned pnb branch really it was the very bad experience to me in this bank 1st time I m also the costumer of this bank since 1996. Staff is very arrogant in this branch including Manager they don't know how to talk, respect and deal with costumers. This is lack of management. Mr. Manager kindly everyday brief to your staff 10 to 15 minutes how to deal with costumers and teach to them how to respect the costumers. Only and only you are running the bank because of public. And really I m going to withdraw my account because of this misbehaviour from this branch very soon. Really it hearts me very much. Government how can hire these kind of staff. Omg
