Kuttukaran Pre Owned Cars

We bought Chevrolet Spark on July first week. The price was pretty good but there were a few downfaults and we are not at all satisfied with their customer service. They as a brand should be responsible to give all the necessary documents of the car to the customer. It's been 6 months, I haven't got RC of the vehicle. I have never seen such irresponsible fellows. When we try to call them, they won't pick and will just keep saying excuses. People going to buy a vehicle here just one suggestion.nSTAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOWROOM, RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, they are the worst car dealers in palakkad. Never buy from there.

Went for taking a second hand car in exchange of old Maruti 800 with an idea of loan . I was interested in one of the Hyunday eon car available there. The staff came to know my interest and was forcefully trying to get all the papers of my Maruti 800, and he kept the keys along with him. He was not even giving time for a second thought.nThen he immediately asked me to transfer 5000rs as token amount. Already he snatched off our old cars paper, as if we cannot go without the Hyundai eon car which i was interested. He made it confirmed by getting me transfer of 5000Rs. I was feeling a kind of trapped situation. The staff is very useless rude fellows who dont know to deal customers sitting there to snatch the token amounts of the customers who casually walks in with some interest of taking a good car. I said i am going back with my Maruti and i will come tomorrow again for taking the car in exchange.He was not allowing that even.nnLuckily my tax papers of the old Maruti was expired. Seeing that he told okay you can come tomorrow and uou can take back your old Maruti with you. Then i got no interst then and i called him. He told he will give back my token amount. But until now they have not returned 5000 Rupees. I didnt pay the token amount on my interest. He himself said me to do so that to keeping my Maruti car under his custody.nnFelt like their staffs are being paid with the amount snatched like this from customers. Called them several times , their phone is switched off in two numbers.nnVery worst experience..van thattippu teamsa povallee, ..patikana teamsa
