The sales associates and whoever I was in contact with from KVR Motors were very helpful and professionally handled my purchase. From the Test drive, paperwork to the delivery, the entire process was hassle-free.

The Most frustrating and worst experience ever for purchasing a vehicle.nWe booked the vehicle on January. The failed to deliver the car with the color even after 4 months, All payments where completed since the vehicle is through CSD. The car is still in the show room now since it cannot be released without fixing number plate. They failed to send payments to the RTO on time and Now we have to wait for at least a few weeks to a month more to get the vehicle out. There are no other tata dealers in palakkad so go to other one in Thrissur to purchase your vehicle. Don't make the mistakes we have made and are going through.
