15 days back, sony tv got problem they came after 15th day, 2k amount, I have paid advance amount for service fr that amount they not given Authorised bill , they don't even have common sense, Very bad service, worst customer care service,Technician blady uneducatednTechnician, he don't have a common sense, he don't know how to handle the customer phone call I'm going to complain about this issue in Head office,nI informed with sony service center to solve the problem after 5 days they respond but still they not solve the issue, one of worst service ever I seen in my life, Technician r worst fellows even they don't know to handle the customer phone call ud83dudd25ud83dudd25ud83dude21ud83dude20nnHonest review from Hosur Vishnu Anandham Galaxy Layout Hosur

Mobile Technician sathish in krishnagiri service centre totally waste fellow....Not a eligible person to work in Sony....
