Recently I've been very disappointed in regards of the behaviour of the staff members especially pointing out to the Chandmari Loyans where not just the food quality has degraded but also the lady cashier who surely seems to have an attitude. This shouldn't be the way how you behave with your customers and it's not acceptable. I request the owner to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

Loyans is a place I’ve been going to since many years. But the chandmari branch of loyans is so bad that it’s making me not wanna go there anymore. And when I say bad I’m not talking about the food in general; the staff members there and the cashier especially are so ill mannered that it makes you not think twice about wanting to come back next time. I’m really disappointed. I really call out to the owner of Loyans to check on this behaviour because otherwise the business surely is gonna go downhill. Nobody would want to accept misfit conduct of behaviour from staff members especially from a place they like going to.
