Newly opened showroom. Wonderful experience. Executive lead Mr. Subburaju was very supportive throughout test drive to booking to delivery of my harrier and even a good price. Takes responsibility with pride not for sake of doing it. 5 stars for 5 star delivery and quality.

I had booked a TATA Nexon XZ+ in March 2021. I was told a waiting period of 45-60 days at the time of booking. I was told that I was given my booking receipt in 3 days after the amount was paid. I waited for the booking receipt to be mailed/ sent by the sales consultant but it never happened. Later, I decided to visit the showroom. On reaching there, I was informed that waiting period in 13-14 weeks for the vehicle. 2 Months after booking, waiting period was 15-16 weeks. Finally, I decided to cancel the booking. On cancellation, I sent a mail to the dealer but got no response for a week (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the mail). On inquiring, i was told that due to lockdown they can't process the request of refunding my booking amount. Entire Hyderabad is open during morning hours even they are open too, but it just shows that careless attitude towards their customers. They can build good cars, but they fail to maintain good relations and happy experience for the customer. Hardly they know success comes and goes by, only relations and memories remains.nnSummary: Don't ever go for TATA Cars.

Very bad service and no response to the calls and even the top management knows that their employees are least bothered about the sales and service once the car is sold or it is sill in pre sale process. Disappointed.

Staff need training on proffesionalism. Don't know how to deal with customers. They are not bothered about either reputation of the showroom or customer satisfaction. Ultimately result in unpleasant experience to customers, loss of reputation to Tata and the Dealer - all who have contribution in their salaries.
