Good diplomacy
My experience of purchasing a brand new tata safari from here was excellent. The executive MADAN made the process of purchasing a car.He was professional and polite and helped out as much as he could in getting my car delivered fast. I would highly recommend this showroom as the staff were friendly.
Worst experience with the showroom... recently we bought car from this showroom.They won't guide customer properly ...While approaching the showroom they will provide the quotation for the car and at the time of delivery they will ask us to pay the extra amount by giving vague explanations. After booking the car they will not respond to the calls properly about the delivery of the vehicle.The rude attitude of the sales manager is even more worst.The company should take action about these kind of people..Even the original invoice is handed over to hand directly instead of the envelope cover.your showroom is missing a loyal customers like us,even I won't refer your showroom to others as I am badly bothered about your service..
We had a wonderful buying experience at Orange Tata Erragada.nEspecially would like to thank sales manager Mr. Murali who has given privilege service and been very keen towards us until the vehicle is delivered .nI have a little confused which vehicle need to take but Murali made it so simple to understand my buying experience by clearing my all doubts.nAlso he fulfilled all the promises at the time of delivery.nnCustomer service is very good.nnIf you have any confusion on buying tata vehicleni would strongly suggest to visit Orange Tata Erragadda branch meet Mr Murli who is one stop shop for our requirement, they have All models cars are available.
