Worst customer service... I liked a car and wanted to buy it... When ever I call customer care people, the call gets routed to either Delhi or some where.... And when I say iam from Hyderabad... They say that some relationship manager will call me with in 24-48 hrs. But it's been almost 10-15 times I keep calling and get the same response... None of them called me back from Hyderabad.... Worst service from cars24. It's better to go for some other services instead of Cars24.

Pathetic service i suggwst its better we buy via local dealers in our city. Never the regional manager calls. They are least intrested in selling they only want to buy. Customer care full of attitude. No response.

Vendor will try to take advantage of the situation, it better to use online platform (facebook market ) to sell your car - wr you get the 25%-35% higher then cars 24 quote

They are doing fake markting .i found an DL regester car in websight .talkwith cars 24 coustumer care and take an vehicle address drive to ther but . the manager selling those vechicles to only car dealers for those benifits its quitly awful to me
