Worst broadband service ever. I contacted them for the new connection and choosed a plan and asked for the connection 1st day they said we can't connect today because of 'may day' next day reason was 'Sunday' and 3rd day reason was they can't connect today just because 'the tech guy was not available' . They simply says tomorrow tomorrow pakka we'll get it connected everyday. How can a new user wants a connection with this kind of behavior and service. I wish act or airtel or jio should come to mancherial, in that case this private networks will know the worth of a customer.

Very Worst Response..Tried calling the contact number provided.Switched Off,Tried WhatsApp but the person handing that is bothered to give proper details about the packages

I am getting problem in internet since the day I got wifi installed. I am not getting net in the morning as well as in the night. If I call them it says switch off. They will be answering only between 11-6 in the day and the problem addressed is solved very lately and after sometime the same problem occurs again. Sometimes I dont get internet for whole day even after contacting them the problem exists. In the beginning the net speed was for may be for a week then later i was not able to use just a single laptop. I face alot of problems in delivering my work due to this wifi. My hotspot was way good when compared to the wifi. I have paid RS.7000 for wifi and still using hotspot to do my work. No internet, if you have net its very slow, not proper response if you get response then alot of time is taken to slove the problem.

Worst service ever. I took a connection of 100 Mbps. But there will be frequent internet problems. Customer service is so bad and I don't think technicians have good knowledge. Please don't take service from them.
