It's a good place to courier easily and fast
One of the worst service you ever see. There is no coordination between the employees. Manager Arun is one dumb guy and the delivery boy just dont want to deliver the parcel to home. They consider everything out of servicable area even though its in Mancherial.nnNo professionalism, dont know how to. talk to customers... he will ask. me to ask the one who sent through dtdc.. as if this guy who spoke is from some other courier service.nnIf DTDC guys are seeing this review first make sure your employees own your company and talk on behalf of you
Worst service. Franchise owner and the delivery boys behavior is very bad. I felt like kicking on their face for the kind of behavior.
