Great company to deal with. There plumber was very knowledgeable and there price was the most reasonable of all the estimates I had. They are now my new plumber. I highly recommend Goodman Plumbing!nnThey just replaced our furnace recently and again great work and experience!

I live in a condo and my neighbor had a leak that seeped into my basement floor. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I gave Goodman’s a call. They were helpful and professional over the phone and said they could be there quickly to take care of everything. Bill and Bill arrived when they said they would. They wore masks (for COVID) and went to work to find and identify the leak. They were thorough in their search. They had to take down drywall to find the leak. They cut out the drywall neatly with straight edges (which made repairing and patching so much easier). They provided options for how to fix the leak without moving the hot water heater which would have been more expensive and taken more time. They were obviously knowledgeable and skilled at their craft.nnI would use Goodman’s again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you fixing our leak!

Our water heater needed to be replaced. Not quite an emergency but it was urgent. We called late (after business hours) on Mon. The dispatcher was wonderful and was able to schedule us for the next day (Tues). Bill called and arrived on time. He took the time to assess what needed to be done and started work. Our issue turned out to be a little more involved than realized. Bill explained in great detail what was needed and why. On Weds, Bill called and arrived with Dylan as expected. They both worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. I am so grateful we found Goodman! Excellent customer service, terrific workmanship and all around great customer experience. We will be calling Goodman for future needs.

We had water backing up into the shower. Goodman Plumbing emergency service arrived within less than a day on Sunday and cleared our drain. We have used them several times in the past. They are reliable and friendly and they have saved us multiple times already. We plan on using them for preventive drain cleaning in the future. We love this company and highly recommend them.

Bill arrived on time, communicated timely, politely and professionally, diagnosed the water leak location and cause, then corrected it immediately and quickly. Reasonable price. Excellent communicator (we are out of state; tenants in home). Bill instilled confidence through his professionalism. We will call Goodman Plumbing for future needs and recommend to others.
