When I first moved to Salem, DoneRite Plumbing checked all the plumbing on my newly bought early 1900 home and redid all the pipes that needed it. They did a marvelous job. Today, Aaron came by to check on a ceiling stain I just noticed. He told me it was just a simple silicone fix and explained exactly what I needed to buy and do. Jerry and Aaron are the people I met during these jobs and they are the nicest people. The company is so honest! I highly recommend them!
I discovered I had water leaking somewhere in the house but wasn't sure where. I could hear it but couldn't find the leak. We had to shut our water off and I called DoneRite. They were booked up for several days but were able to get someone out that same day because he finished early. He told us it was our water service line outside. They had a full schedule but were able to work me in and get it fixed. They did a great job and were very professional. I really appreciated the fact that they got right back to me, kept me posted about everything and communicated well. I was relieved to have found a company that I felt I could trust. I would highly recommend them.
DoneRite Plumbing did an excellent job on my fathers kitchen sink. But the best part was their customer service. I live in another state and work a very busy job. The team did an excellent job by contacting me and going above and beyond. They were so flexible and supportive! If you ever need a plumbing job to be done, I would highly recommend them!
The young man was very courteous. He was also very knowledgable about his job. He explained what he was doing and why and answered all my questions. When the work was finished, he tested to be sure everything worked properly. One part he installed failed the test and he replaced it and retested to his satisfaction. I would not hesitate to call DoneRite for service in the future and give them the highest recommendation for anyone needing help with plumbing. Thank you DoneRite.
Justin from DoneRite came out today to give us a bid for a repair. He was so knowledgeable, and friendly! Not pushy at all like some guys we have had come for a bid on different projects. He gave us options and answered all of our questions. Because of Justin we made the choice to have DoneRite move forward with the repair and he did a wonderful, professional job. Absolutely would use DoneRite again.
