The lady receptionist who answered my call 4234000 was so arrogant and rude. I was attempting to ask questions about a visa appointment, but her tone of voice was extremely rude and louder. We don’t call the Nepal Embassy unless we have a problem, so they should be aware of that. They should be pleased to assist us. She hung up the call before I could finish my question. I tried to call her again with the same number but she didn’t receive my call. I was going through the review and saw a lot of negative feedback about that lady; why doesn’t the Nepal Embassy look at the feedback and replace the employee? She is not fit for this position.nRating: negative 100

Rideculous behaviour from receptionist who doesnot know what documents is required for visa . Yes you are closed for visa services but you should atleast give information about required documents needed . 2nd june 3:45 pm

A complete disgrace. They are not here to help you. The lady hung up on me before I could finish my question, and now will refuse to answer my phone call. A disgrace to our country.
