Worst experience ever. I sat in the showroom for exact one hour. I was not attended by single person. If this is the service you want to offer, why bothering offering service in first place? NOT RECOMMENDED. GO TO OTHER DEALERS AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY.. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Purchased Tata Nexon XZA+ from this dealership. Car delivered in committed time at the time of booking, even response of team is good. Vinod from Heritage Team was our customer representative. He is very polite and good person. Accessories (Mud Flaps and Door Visors) installation are pending, waiting for revert from Heritage team to complete the same.

Feeling disappointed to post about services of Heritage Motors. I have bought TATA Nexon last year in March. Its almost a year but heritage failed to provide promised accessories yet. I have visited them 5 to 6 times but no response, i have asked Sagar dumbre and his supervisor Roshan but they started avoiding and not responding on calls .nVery disappointed and was not expecting such services from TATA. Will not recommend heritage dealer for sure.

People there were very receptive. Had gone to see the Nexon EV. Was promptly attended to. Good place to go to buy Tata Cars.nThe Nexon EV was a real joy to ride.
