Pathetic Customer Service. Booked Grand i10 NIOS and on the day of delivery they said Registration Number series is over, had to wait till 7pm just to let us know that the series is over and they couldn't arrange the registration number. Forced us to drive the car on temporary number which is against the rule of Supreme Court. Wasted our whole day. It was 100 kilometres journey (one side) to their dealership. They have no sense of responsibility towards their customers. They knew about the above mentioned case but didn't inform us about it and made us wait for 2 days. No Professionalism. Sales person and their Seniors talks as if they own the Hyundai India. I would seriously advice to avoid this dealership at all costs.

Big showroom and good place and the building is looking osam there is a flyover also and lots of shop. Big bazaar and Railway Station is also near. Go and visit
