HDFC Bank

Horrible Service . I asked my father to open account in this branch just to get good services in compare to government banks. Day1 - Branch manager went to police station for person work, my father waited for 2 hours then someone tell him that today it can't be done. Day2 - I had Opened online account from home to get rid of formalities and paper works and asked my father to go to branch for KYC verification as there was option to do KYC at branch. Branch manager rudly denied and told "as you have opened online account so you have to do KYC online" where as we had option todo at branch. . Above experience with a senior citizen is not acceptable at all , if someone is monitoring these review from HDFC bank please take action against such indicipline.

The administration, management and functioning of this particular branch is highly unprofessional. Every time you go there, either they are unable to connect to the servers or their power- generator is not working resulting in the stoppage of every activity in the bank. The employees are highly unprofessional, especially the security guards. They treat you in such a way as you went there to get interrogated. Earlier they were quite humble and respectful while dealing with the customers but now, I think they are competing with other public sector banks in terms of being unprofessional and mismanaged.

Very badd security gaurd not respecting customer telling to go to any other branch today i gone he is saying that here manager is very bad he will not do your work go from this bank to other bank please remove this security guard other wise no customer will go here and i will complain about thus at head office Ok
