Services were good, experienced technician. The area which they need to improve is : fixing the appointment time with the customer and avoid multiple follow up calls. Rest all perfect for me.

One short lady at the reception desk is impatient with no customer service skills.... Have to learn how to be polite with customers.

Located at Pattraickal centre. Easily accessible.

service centre is good very neat but found a small issue because it is situated in the second floor and also finding out is bit difficult for aged people.
