Never ever go for Carrier..in warranty and continuous 2 year AMC .ONLY 2 SERVICE..STILL IN AMC..BUT GET IT DONE FROM OUT SIDE.AS THEY HAVE NOT CALLED FOR 11 DAYS.GAS LEAKAGE EVERY YEAR.nI HAVE GIVEN THEM MY AMC AMOUNT FOR THERE SMOSA AND TEA.FROM BOTTOM TO TOP .nNEVER GO FOR CARRIER...NORMALLY EVERYONE TRY TO BUILD CARRIER...BUT THIS CARRIER WILL SPOIL YOUR PEACE OF MIND.nSO GUYS NEVER EVER....CARRIER.

Worst customer service Experience .we have purchased a new carrier 1.5 ton estella WINDOW AC from them on 8th june 2019 from CARRIER DEALER ** UNI ELECTRONICS UTTAM NAGAR...and they have not given the AC manual and the AC PIPE TRAY was missing. Since then we have been following up with them but no repsonse. Later the reception lady said we have to pay extra to get both these items. A COMPLETE HATASSMENT..... felt like lootedn. A strict no no to CARRIER & UNI ELECTRONICS..Pls refrain going to this shop and company for any electronic items. Beware!nnInvoice copy will be shared on demandnnWe have been regularly following up but all in haste. No response from anyone.
