Service is very bad, call many times in costumer care ,but not get resolution, same place other new call had resolved .but my 3 days old complaint still pending

TOSHIBA AC Manufacturer UNIT
Worst service ever.nI bought at split ac 6 months back and in last 6 months they had to refill the gas thrice. Each time they will commit a date and keep on postponing. They just dump faulty pieces knowing that they can charge higher sum towards maintenance after 1 year of free service. ***DONT BUY***
