Professional employees ensure good customer experience. Test drove and had gone to check the iconic Thar. The vehicle was in good condition.

Booked XUV 300 in December 2020. They promised to deliver it on January end. Now its Mid march and still the vehicle is not delivered. The showroom manager Kranti never picks up her phone. The sales manager has no idea when the vehicle will be received. They just extends the delivery date every time by 15 days. I had my loan sanctioned from my company in January itself, now due to non- delivery of car on time, addition penalty will be charged from me.nIts alright if the waiting time is very long, at least they can communicate the same during booking time only. Making false promises to attract customer is not at all ethical.

Nice, big facility with basically everything under one gigantic roof.. It's a well designed structure and it looks and feel really lively and upmarket.. There are different counters - all well laid out and it seems like a good place overall. Not for once I felt I am at the showroom of a brand that one usually relates with people and goods mover - it's that good.nnThe staff is cordial and helpful but could have been better in their presentation and knowledge. The biggest con is the location - it's way too far out for even someone like me who lives in Navi Mumbai but then Mahindra showroom in this region is hard to come by.nnOverall a decent experience and an extremely good facility.

Worst mahindra showroom ever ! While booking they were very nice ! Since then no response. Booked my Thar on OCTOBER 2020. Since taking the booking amount they neither call or update. I keep calling the executive who took the booking but he is busy and avoids picking call . It's April 2021 now and no clue about my car delivery . They have stopped taking all my calls now !! We have bought cars from many brands but Never experienced or seen such unprofessional behaviour ever .
