Bhavna Kia is professional, their staff is good and understand your requirements and act upon it quickly. I liked this dealership, for the manner in which they could provide me a car of my choice within 6 days. Showroom environment is much more appealing and they treat customers really well.

Yes I brought my Kia seltos from them they have very good well mannered and trained staffnHowever a car which is doing so well where customers are ready to wait for months to get it I think the delivery should also be equally pleasentnAt the time of delivery we noticed that they have not even put a floor mat in the car it surprised me as that is the basic need they could have incorporated that in the price of the car I had no choice but to buy one there itselfnAnd even more funny no key ring hope they must have save quite a bit on that ud83dude09nIt surprised me as I have spend about 25 yrs in the auto industry in the gulf and this are the basic stuff u get with the car over ther you also get a sunshade .neven used cars dealers give this
Worst service. I am 28 year old. I had planned to go visit the showroom and purchase the car within 1 week. Mr. Sahil, did not take me as a serious customer. Despite various requests he considered me as a window shopper. Very poor customer service, no respect, no seriousness. We need options for Kia motors in Navi Mumbai. Won't suggest you this place at all. Consider going to Kia Thane.
