Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Hindustan Auto Agency, Ramgarh, Ranchi Road)

I purchased swift vxi from HINDUSTAN AUTO AGENCY and it was a pleasant experience buying first family car. Would like to appreciate the effort shown by your staff Amit kumar Sharma who assisted on each and every step wherever any assistance was required from showroom. Its really good to see Maruti has good staff like Amit. However i think managerial level was bit less engaging or would say less interested it looked like ok if you want to buy fine else good to go. But junior staffs are really very cooperative. I even went for some repair work as well and in servicing section Pankaj Kumar Mahto's goodwill gesture was really commendable. Overall would say it was a good experience and as a suggestion/feedback i think Maruti should work on groomimg higher management of the showroom.

Dicky and Stepney not cleaned during wash. Vaporizer Cleaning not done but charged, Door Glass /adjust /lubricate not done but charged. No Sanitizer or Soap for Handwash in or near toilets.

Genuine review.... Dzire purchase from this agency.... Money paid by CSD depot allready...when I went for delivery day ..then no one agency person Interested with this vehicle delivery..no accessories available i want full accessories but I received three itemes fog lamp..door wiser...and steering cover only..full of dirt inside and out side the vehicle... Baar baar bullane ke baad bhi 0 response ...they hand over the vehicle me like as this veh arrived for repairing... Not feel like a new veh..... Sorry bad feeling .. If any person wants pic of delivery then I will send... I am from himachal... Genuine customer .. Not a dealer.. I requested to the manager of this agency please note this point of view for those army person whose purchase veh from this agency.

Every thing is good behaviour of employees are good.. But in telephonic conversation they did not give accurate information about your work..
