The service center called and informed us the time we should bring in the car to get the servicing done. We waited for more than 50 minutes after getting the car to the service center with Ms Babita(the person in-charge at that time) responding that most of the staff are in the meeting and hence we need to wait more. We demanded that the manager Mr.Bablu Kumar be called so he can handle it professionally, this request was completely disregarded. This happened when we were given the time by them for the servicing.
Our overall impression was a very casual unprofessional representation by the brand representatives.
We are never returning to this service center and will vocally refer my family and friends to do the same.
Very cordial people... Delivered my vehicle on time. Very happy with my car
