Most horrible experience from toyota service centers till date. We gave our car for repair after an accident Nothing was done in proper order even after spending in lakhs literally. That too few parts were changed like the pulleys , the alignment issue was not fixed, third party cheap wire were used, the exhaust pipe is not aligned, these wrong doings were not mentioned in the bill but ended paying in lacks. Due to which my fan belt kept tearing for a year. And several issues followed after this. Been spending on repairs monthly. I hope toyota kirloskar motors take up some actions against these miscreants. Kindly look into this matter hopefully no one else has to go through the same.

This show room is good, they cars displayed properly, Staff is well aware of car specs n details, but at present they r not able to give discounts on Toyota Glanza models

Dear, Toyota Car holders don't give your accidental car for repair in heritage Toyota.if you give then your car were not repaired properly and they will make too much huge bill in repairing.because they were seated for taking money in everything.there Gm is also cheap type man.who choose him Gm he is just like a vendor market man.thanks I have no words to say......
